Relax at Tranquility

The journey towards beauty, health & wellness begins at Tranquility.

The Finale October 11, 2017

My official treatment ended last Saturday, September 30, but the Brigitte suggested that I  continue getting stem cells and have another ozone treatment since I was going to be here another week. Dr. Brigitte’s compassion and determination for getting people well is truly her passion. So, I spent most of my days last week at the clinic getting stem cells, having physiotherapy and doing the Photon machine. The stem cell facials I received were complimentary from Brigitte because she wanted me to be able to explain the treatments to my clients and for everyone to be able to see what a difference they make. We’ll let you be the judge when I get back 🙂

I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I am a new person! My energy and stamina are better than they’ve been in years. My brain is actually working again and creating all sorts of crazy new ideas. I can organize my thoughts, and words actually come out of my mouth that make sense! As far as the test results go, my white blood count is up to  4.3 (closer to the 4.7 goal). My TSH was still low also but up to .22 from .01!!! All the parasites and bacteria are gone!!! So amazing!  There is still a slight level of mold so I will continue some supplements to help remove that. As Brigitte explains, the stem cells will continue to improve these issues over the next 3-6 months. I will have blood work done in 6 months to see the improvement.

In closing this one month journey, I must say I have left my heart in San Jose del Cabo! The staff at the clinic were amazing. I will miss them terribly. The patients I met shared their life stories with me and we became connected through healing as well as pain. I have learned that in the toughest of times, there is always hope and that kindness and a simple smile can change a person’s day. We need kindness, compassion and understanding to help us all heal.  I am so grateful for this experience of healing. I look forward to passing on any information that will help others recover from illness. Please forward this to anyone you know who could benefit from the information.  I am happy to help wherever I can. Thank you all for following this blog and for your unending support and encouragement. My journey has not ended, it has only just begun…..

Week 3, getting stronger everyday! September 28, 2017

Filed under: Events — relaxattranquility @ 8:35 pm

Hi Everyone,

After the first two weeks of treatment consisting of detoxing, with chelation therapy IV’s, tinctures and natural supplements, week three starts the Vitamin C infusions. VitC as we all know, helps to boost your immune system. By receiving it through an IV it is much more potent. When you have a disease like Chronic Lyme, your immune system is pretty weak because of all the parasites, bacteria and mold. I also have Epstein Barre Virus which causes severe fatigue and pain.  Stem cells continue everyday at 20 million per IV!!! Lets see, that means I’ve received something close to 300 million wonderful stem cells!! Incredible!

The best news of the week was when Dr. Brigitte met with me to go over my most recent blood work. My white blood count has been low for a couple years now. It was 3.5 when I got here and it is now up to 4. Still slightly out of range, but going in the right direction. She wants it to be at 4.7 by the time I leave and says the VitC infusions will definitely boost it. Then……. My cholesterol has also been on the higher end at 292. Believe it or not, with the Ozone treatments (blood filtering where I could actually see the fat coming out!), as well as the detox and healthy diet at the clinic,  it is now 189!!! I almost fell over. Most of the parasites and bacteria are gone. There’s some stubborn mold and virus’s left, but again the powerhouse VitC will hopefully take care of that. Since I am going to be here another week for recovery, the doctor is going to continue treatment for a few more days to make sure we get the best results.

The fatigue and achiness that I have experienced over the last 10 years is absolutely gone! I am getting my strength and stamina back. When we first got here I could barely go for a 15 minute walk, nevermind getting up this gigantic hill to my condo without stopping a time or two. The last few nights I’ve gone on 30-60 minutes walks, up and down hills with a huge smile on my face 🙂 I am ME again!!!

Thank you everyone! I am so grateful to all of you for your support and prayers!

Buenos Noches 🙂

Week 2 down! I can’t keep up! September 25, 2017

Filed under: Events — relaxattranquility @ 8:30 am

Thank you for all the comments, prayers and well wishes. It’s been another amazing week. I’ve had some ups and downs this week, which I was told to expect. A little more tired and not as energetic. Saturday, I had a little bit of stomach issues, but it went away later in the day.

I know I left everyone in suspense about the Stem Cell facial! That was the most exciting thing that happened last week! Laura is the esthetician at the clinic and she is wonderful. She is very knowledgable and is also a massage therapist. The treatment starts with a gentle cleansing. She then applied a numbing cream that she massaged into the skin for a few minutes. She covered my face with plastic wrap to help the numbing cream penetrate. After about 10 minutes, she rinsed that off. She applied the stem cell serum to the areas she would use the micro-needling. She started on my forehead and worked on the lines between my eyes. The micro-needling helps to penetrate the stem cells deeper in to the skin. It feels a little prickly, but doesn’t hurt. She continued applying stem cell serum around my eyes, mouth, marionette lines and even worked on my scars from my facelift. The stem cells work to increase collagen and elastin production to smooth and tighten the skin. Again, they will continue to work for several months to improve the lines and wrinkles. That process took about 30 minutes or so. In the meantime, the nurse came in to draw blood so they could spin my blood in a centrifuge to separate the plasma.  This is called PRP, or platelet rich plasma. It helps with tissue repair and is much more natural than using synthetic fillers or Botox since it somes from your own blood. Then she took the plasma and began injecting it into the lines like Botox. Since my skin was still numb it was not uncomfortable at all. Afterwards, I had some areas of swelling and redness. Laura had me take some Arnica pellets and within 2 hours it was calmed down for the most part. I am so fascinated by this treatment. Obviously it’s not as relaxing as our facials at Tranquility, but I’d love to be able to do this at the spa!!! I’m going to have two more of these facials while I’m here, so I can get a better idea of how good the results really are! Again, I’m always willing to take one for the team!! HeHe!

We said goodbye to our dear patient who was here for 6 weeks. The improvement in her even in the two weeks that I’ve been here is amazing. She has something similar to MS and is in a wheelchair, but on Thursday she was able to walk with a walker!!! I am so happy for her and she is very proud of herself. We will keep in touch and I hope she continues to improve over the next 6 months. She will probably need to come back, but I know she will be stronger than ever.

I tried to take pictures a few hours after my facial to show you the improvement. Sorry, it was a little difficult to get a good selfie! Unfortunately, we forgot to take before pics. But, as you can see the lines around my eyes are barely visible and the marionette lines from my nose to mouth are drastically diminished. It’s truly amazing! You can still see some redness and the spots from the injections. My left cheek is a little swollen also. I will post side by sides after my next treatment.

Week 2 off to a good start :) September 21, 2017

Filed under: Events — relaxattranquility @ 7:30 am

Hi Everyone,

I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already!! The time is flying by.

Monday was a very busy day at the clinic. Three new patients came in to start their treatment.  It was a full house! We all sat there with our IV’s and shared our stories as to why we were there. I went directly in to the Photon machine to sweat! I saw the physiotherapist for my shoulder. She first did ultra sound on it, then electric stimulation with heat and then got down and dirty with some stretches and deep massage!!! Ouch! I had to use my yoga breathing big time. (Thanks Donna !)

Tuesday my pick up was at 2:00 so I went for a nice walk then sat by the pool for an hour. It was nice to be out in the real world for a change. I was the first one at the clinic and again went straight to the Photon machine then had a Rolfing massage. I expected it to be so much more painful, but she was great. There was a great energy at the clinic today, lots of laughter and silliness. Someone asked what was “really” in the IV’s because we sure didn’t need any alcohol 🙂  It was one of the new patient’s birthday so they got him a guava cheesecake and we sang Happy Birthday. I didn’t get home until 8:30!!! Late night for me these days.

Today was an easy day. I woke up very tired. My shoulder bothered me most of the night. They told me to expect that though. I had my IV’s, sat in the Bemer and had a massage. This one was much more relaxing 🙂

All in all, I am feeling much better than I have in a long time. I’m very excited about the results.

OH! STAY TUNED! Tomorrow, I am getting my first stem cell facial 🙂  They have a rejuvenation package here for the skin, so the doc is having me get a treatment to show you all what it does. You know me…….. always willing to be the test project!!!

Love and hugs to all

Bev

1 Week Down! 2 To Go!! September 17, 2017

Filed under: Events — relaxattranquility @ 8:42 pm

Wow! What a week! I’ve learned so many new and exciting things this week. The biggest thing is that I LOVE STEM CELLS! 🙂  Also, the doctor is quite the scientist, so we get along great!! ;);)

Friday and Saturday were pretty much the same. IV’s with chelation therapy, B17 and stem cells. Sat in the Bemer chair and stood in the Photon machine. We were served amazing juices and lunches. I could sure get use to this! Hehe!

Tony was able to get home. The threatening storm has calmed down. We are still watching it, but it has turned westward into the ocean now and we don’t think it’s a threat anymore. It’s very humid and overcast for the most part. Although, we saw some peeks of sun and blue sky when we were sitting on the patio today.

A new patient came in Saturday from Minnesota with a caregiver. I was the welcoming committee and in 5 minutes we were like old friends. The woman who is the caregiver is my age and likes to walk, so this morning she and I explored the town a bit. Then, they invited me over for brunch. It turns out they are staying in a condo right around the corner from me! It was nice to relax and share stories.

Here is a picture of the sunset tonight! And the peek of blue sky earlier.

Buenos Noches!

Day 2, 3 and 4 at Stemaid Institute in Mexico September 14, 2017

Filed under: Events — relaxattranquility @ 6:59 pm

We spent Tuesday morning finding a better grocery store and found more organic and gluten free products. It made me very happy. Then we relaxed at the pool for awhile.

My appointment at the clinic was at 5:00 pm on Tuesday. I had the chelation and B17 IV’s and then the most precious of all…. my first IV of 20 million stem cells!!!! I was able to lay on the Bemer pad. It improves vascular circulationand blood flow.

Wednesday, I had to fast so the doctor could do blood work. Then I had another IV with the detox (chelation therapy), B17 and another 20 million stem cells. I had a new treatment in the Photon machine. It is like a sauna and helps with the detoxification. You have to stand in it for 30 minutes. I swear I was falling asleep standing up! Hahaha! We had a great lunch. The cook is amazing and she also brings fresh juices everyday. They are delicious! The treatment knocked me for a loop tho. By the time we got back to the condo, I felt horrible. I had a splitting headache, severe aches, chills, nausea! Ugh! It was rough.

On top of all that, there is a threat of a tropical storm/hurricane for this weekend. We originally changed Tony’s flight and made a flight for myself at the same time. Better to be safe than sorry, right!!!

Today, I woke up feeling much better. We packed a few things up to go to the airport after my treatment and headed off, ready to come home.(But not really, I didn’t want to have to start all over again!)

I had my first Ozone treatment this morning. They extract your blood out of one arm and  put it back in the other. It goes through a filtering system that purifies it. It’s amazing! You can see all the fat (cholesterol) coming out in the old blood and the filtered blood looks nice and clean. This process takes about an hour. It actually help clean out all the dead bacteria too. It is supposed to lesson the symptoms of the detox. The nurse call herself Dracula!! LoL!! It definitely made me feel better. I had my 3rd dose of stem cells. Then after lunch, I got to have a massage. 🙂

In the meantime, the storm seemed to have lessoned and I decided to stay. Tony was on his way out the door to the airport and decided to cancel his flight and stay with me until Monday. So, at least I won’t be alone if the storm gets bad.

I’ve added some pictures of the last few days.

Thanks for all the comments and well wishes. I miss you all

Bev

Day 1 at Stemaid Institue in Mexico September 11, 2017

Filed under: Events — relaxattranquility @ 6:28 pm

Hi Everyone!

We made it to Mexico safely. We spent Saturday and Sunday learning how to get around and get the things we need. People have been very friendly and helpful.

Today we met Dr. Brigitte Hanly. She is amazing! We had a lot in common. The clinic is small but clean. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. She did some testing with a German technology machine that reads the body’s electricity and an upscale Biofeedback machine. It determined that I have several parasites, bacteria, molds and Epstein Barr Virus. I received my first chelation therapy IV (detox) and two different types of B vitamins. Then we were served a fabulous lunch. Finally, Dr. Brigitte gave me all the supplements I’ll be taking along with the treatment program.  Tomorrow, I have my first stem cell treatment, more Chelation and B vitamins – all in the IV.

Dr. Brigitte said that around Thursday I might start to feel the effects of the detox and not feel very well. The second week is usually the worst, then it starts to get better. I will keep you posted as I feel up to it.

Again, thank you for all your thoughts, prayers and support. I’ll try to figure out how to add some pictures from my phone! I’m so technology challenged! :/

Blessings

Bev
