2 TBSP olive oil
2 large tomatoes or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
Simmer & add
1-2 TBSP herbes de provence
Salt & pepper, pinch of garlic salt
Simmer for at least a 1/2 hr until everything cooks down, then add chicken broth to desired consistency
